Sonya Jain is the Senior Vice President for Electronics. With over a decade of experience in the tech industry, Sonya has held key roles in a variety of companies, from dynamic startups to thriving growth-stage ventures in the heart of Silicon Valley. She’s well-versed in a spectrum of functions, including product development, design, operations, customer service, project management, and engineering, spanning both hardware and software domains.

At the helm of our electronics division, Sonya leads the charge in overseeing a comprehensive range of operations, from engineering and research and development to marketing, sales, and product management. Her expertise extends to managing a diverse portfolio, catering to both OEM products and consumer electronics.

Sonya’s academic foundation in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo underscores her deep understanding of the technical intricacies of our industry. With her wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience, she’s the driving force behind our commitment to innovation and excellence in technology.

Haitham Mazen

Haitham Mazen is a Senior R&D Consultant at Soneil Electronics, advising on product development and engineering strategies. Since 2004, he has worked closely with Soneil’s team to advance the company’s technological innovations in battery charging and power electronics.

With over 25 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, and software engineering, Haitham has contributed to product design and development in various industries. Before collaborating with Soneil, he held engineering roles at Flash International, Myna Corporation, and Blazie Engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Helwan University.

Gary Garcha

Gary Garcha is the Vice President of Electronics at Soneil Electronics. He oversees the worldwide operations of the company as well as sales and marketing groups.

Gary has been with Soneil since 2006 and has over 20 years of sales and management experience in the electronics industry. Prior to Soneil, Gary worked at the The Clarient Group for 10 years in technical sales and branch management positions. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science, Chemical Engineering degree from Punjab Technical University.

NEIL JAIN

President & CEO

Neil Jain is the President & CEO of Soneil Electronics and the Soneil Group of Companies. He oversees all divisions of the company and is also responsible for the overall strategic and financial management of Soneil as a whole. Neil has extensive experience in investments analysis, acquisitions, financing as well as hardware engineering experience in product design and testing.

Neil has worked in various engineering and investment roles with Soneil since 2013. Prior to this, he gained unique experience through positions at Dream Global REIT, Apple Inc. and McKinsey & Company.

Neil received his Master of Business Administration in 2017 from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto where he graduated on the Dean’s List with a specialization in finance and real estate. He also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo.

SACH JAIN

Chairman

Sach Jain is the Chairman of Soneil Group of Companies. He has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate and electronics industry. In 1994, Sach founded Soneil and grew it into the real estate investments and electronics corporation it is today.

Sach holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management and a Master of Science, Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Saskatchewan. Prior to this, he graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras with a Bachelor of Technology, Mechanical Engineering degree and was awarded the prestigious 1970 President of India Gold Medal and Merit Prize (1st rank amongst all branches of Engineering). Finally, Sach holds a Bachelor of Science, Physics degree from the University of Allahabad. Sach is also a certified Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) as well as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

Sach is the founding trustee of the Sri Jain Mandhir, an organization promoting the advancement of the Indian community, as well as a Director of Patanjali Yogpeeth Canada.
